Recruiter (Staffing & Talent Acquisition)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about matching top talent with great opportunities.

Essential Job Functions

• Continue to foster and maintain current business relationships
• Assist in building new business development opportunities
• Source and recruit top talent using various platforms and strategies
• Conduct candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and virtual)
• Manage and support associates throughout their assignments
• Quickly fill job orders with urgency while maintaining quality ⏱
• Complete employment verifications, background checks , and additional HR duties as needed
• Perform inside sales activities to support client growth and retention

Job Requirements

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• MUST be team-oriented and collaborative
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-lingual is a plus , but not required
