Our new employees experience opportunities to learn and grow while caring for their families, friends, and neighbors.IMC is currently hiring a Radiology Assistant (Rad Asst.) on a full-time basis who will greet patients at the reception desk, enter orders for Radiology procedures per outpatient requests, assist CAT scan Technologists (CT Techs) with oral contrast before scans and assist patients with assessment forms. The Rad Assistant is also responsible for ensuring medical necessity which will involve calling the physician's office. They will also perform various clerical functions such as filing jackets, mailing reports, and CDs, disposition of radiology images on CD, and handling phone calls. The Rad asst. will be responsible for retrieving old film from nearby storage.
