Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Prepare outgoing mail, including letters, packages, and documents.
• Operate postage meters, mail-processing equipment, and other office equipment.
• Weigh packages and determine appropriate postage and shipping methods.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Arrange courier and delivery services when necessary.
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents appropriately.
• Deliver mail and packages to departments, offices, or employees.
• Pick up outgoing mail from designated areas.
• Maintain an organized mailroom and adequate supplies.
• Communicate with postal services, couriers, and delivery companies.
• Follow company security, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
