Seeking a Land Surveyor for a well-established company!Job duties include:Will lead and direct survey crew members in the fieldWill perform boundary, construction, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, etcOperate total stations, GPS equipment, data collectors, and levelsWill maintain field notes, sketches, photographs, and electronic survey filesRequirements:Must have previous Land Survey experience with a strong background in civil engineering principles and topographic mapping techniquesProficient in using CAD software (AutoCad, Civil 3D) GIS tools, and survey equipmentPrevious experience managing survey and mapping teamsFamiliar with drafting legal descriptions, schematics, boundary surveys, and managing survey data collection processesStrong understanding of algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and math fundamentals that are essential for precise measurements and calculationsAbility to interpret construction plans and schematicsApplicants will be background and drug screened for this position For more information regarding this position, email resumes to Karen Ramirez at [email protected].
