Job Description

To support the HR department's initiatives, the full-time HR Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding processes, coordinate background checks, and maintain employee certifications in a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities Collect, verify, and file onboarding documents for new hires, ensuring compliance with state regulations Administer and track background checks for employees, ensuring proper documentation and communication of results Maintain and verify employee certifications and licensures, managing renewals and expiration notifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of HR administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with HR compliance requirements and best practices Ability to maintain focused work in a remote environment
