Position Objective Artivion is seeking a motivated individual for an immediate-start internship supporting technical documentation updates. The intern will review documents for tags, placeholders, and missing information; use ChatGPT and approved technical resources to research software manuals; and update documents with the appropriate information while maintaining accuracy and existing formatting. Responsibilities Review documents and identify tags, placeholders, and information requiring updates. Use ChatGPT to search and analyze software manuals and technical documentation. Extract relevant information and update applicable documents. Verify AI-assisted results against the original source material. Maintain document accuracy, grammar, consistency, and formatting. Track completed work and identify questions or items requiring clarification. Follow company requirements for document control, confidentiality, and approved AI use. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and electronic documents. Comfortable learning and using ChatGPT and AI-assisted tools. Able to read and interpret technical documentation. Strong written communication and proofreading skills. Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks. Technical, engineering, information systems, computer science, quality, or related experience is helpful but not required.
